Receiptor AI offers two distinct pricing components to meet all your document management needs:
Subscription Plans: These cover automated bookkeeping, from real-time monitoring of your connected inboxes to auto-export.
Retroactive Extractions: These are separate, one-off payments to retrieve past receipts/invoices from your historical email archives.
Our subscription plans cover:
Continuous monitoring of your inbox to auto-extract all incoming documents
Use of Mobile Scanners to snap physical receipts
Bulk uploads of docs in the platform
Data extraction from your documents for automated data entries, auto-categorization, or just better document management.
Automation you can create for custom document management, auto-export to your accounting software or cloud storage, and auto-forward documents.
We offer three main plans, primarily differing by the number of email inboxes monitored and the monthly document extraction volume:
Starter – $29/month: For solopreneurs or small users with one email inbox and low volume. Includes up to 500 emails/month and 50 extracted documents.
Growth – $79/month: Our most popular plan, ideal when you have a few inboxes and a standard monthly volume. Includes up to 3 email inboxes, 2,500 emails/month, and 250 documents/month.
Scale – $199/month: For teams with up to 10 email inboxes, 10k emails/month, and 1k documents/month.
You can choose monthly, quarterly (10% off), or annual billing (2 months offered).

Overage fees apply when you exceed your plan limits for Analyzed Entities or Extracted Documents. They are charged at the start of the next billing cycle based on your actual usage.
Analyzed Entities include an email, a WhatsApp message, and an upload. If you exceed your plan limits, you’ll be charged $0.03/additional entity.
Extracted Documents are all documents that Receiptor AI found in your email inbox or that you sent via WhatsApp or bulk upload.
You can try the full power of Receiptor AI risk-free before committing.
Subscription Trial: All users receive a 14-day free trial of the subscription features.
Retroactive Trial: You can run a complimentary free extraction from the last month to see the retroactive feature in action at no cost.
Retroactive extractions are not included in our subscription plans because volumes vary by user. For every extraction you want to do, you can request a quote directly from the Retroactive section.
On average, the cost per email scanned is around $0.02, and it decreases with larger volumes.
Q: Why do you price retroactive extraction per email scanned and not per documents found?
A: The price depends on the volume of emails processed, not the number of documents extracted, because before our AI scans your inbox, it’s impossible to know precisely how many receipts or invoices are inside. So instead of charging per document, we use a simple per-email pricing model that reflects the actual retrieval workload.
Q: Do my subscription fees cover historical extractions?
A: No. Your subscription covers ongoing, real-time monitoring, and Retroactive Extractions are separate, one-off payments for historical data. The two costs are distinct.
Q: Can I pay for a large extraction in multiple installments?
A: Our system does not automatically support splitting a single payment, but you can achieve this by splitting your extraction date range into multiple smaller segments and paying for each segment separately.
Q: What happens if I exceed the limit of my subscription plan?
A: If you go over your plan’s limit (email analyzed or extracted documents), no worries, Receiptor AI automatically continues processing your documents, so you don’t experience any interruptions.
At the start of your next billing period, the overage fee will simply be billed automatically based on your usage:
