Upload documents directly in the web app.
Send photos/PDFs via the WhatsApp Mobile Scanner.
If you are trying to automate downstream workflows (accounting or storage), use Exports, Integrations, and Automation Rules (for example, auto-export to Xero/QBO, or auto-store to Google Drive/Dropbox).
