If documents are not appearing in Xero or QuickBooks, first confirm whether the issue is with the integration connection, the document data, the export job, or the destination account.
Confirm the integration is connected
Open Integrations and check that the accounting integration is connected for the workspace you are using.
If the Connect button is disabled or shows an upgrade requirement, open Pricing to select a plan that includes accounting exports.
Check the document before exporting
Before sending a document to accounting software, confirm that the extracted details are complete enough for your workflow. Check the vendor, date, total, tax, currency, payment status, category, and any business entity or chart-of-accounts fields your workspace requires.
If a document needs review, resolve the review items before retrying the export.
Check export history
Open Exports history to look for recent export jobs. A job can help you tell whether Receiptor attempted the export, whether it was skipped, or whether it failed before reaching the accounting system.
If an export is retryable, retry it after correcting the document or integration issue.
Check the destination account
In Xero or QuickBooks, confirm you are looking at the same organization or company file that is connected to Receiptor. Also check whether the record was created as a bill, expense, attachment, draft, or another destination type based on your integration settings.
When to contact support
Contact support if exports remain unresolved after the integration is connected, required document fields are complete, and the export history does not explain the failure.
Include the integration name, approximate export time, document type, and whether the issue affects one document or many documents. Do not include customer financial data in the first message.
